PFAS Removal Proceeding Smoothly

Faulconer has removed over 5,000 truckloads of contaminated soil with no incidents

On Faulconer jobsites, so much attention is paid to the safety of our team as it concerns to our scope of work on that site. When conducting mass excavation operations, our teams focus on safely backing haul trucks into position, loading them carefully with export material and safely getting those trucks off the site.

Once those trucks leave our site, however, they are still working for us and are an extension of our team and safe operation is still paramount.

Since late January 2022, our team has been exporting contaminated soils from our P-378 CH53 Hangar Project at the Marine Corps Air Station New River in Jacksonville, NC. Our team has loaded out over 5,000 loads of contaminated soils with no safety issues. Even more impressive than that, our subcontract haulers have logged over 760,000 miles with no recorded incidents on our public highways!

This is no small feat and is a direct reflection of this team’s dedication to the safety and well-being of both our team members and subcontractors as well as the community members with whom we share the highways.
