Safety Begins with Education and Empowerment

At Faulconer, we are committed to providing the training and tools needed to keep our workplace safe – and set the expectation that each of us is responsible for the safety of one another.

We provide regular training to minimize the risk and instance of incident and empower our employees to Stop Work at any time.

With a daily emphasis on safety, we believe we can maximize production and protect our most important asset: our people.

Target Zero In Action

Stop Work Card

We empower our team members, from a laborer on their first day all the way to the owner of our company, to be the first line of defense against unsafe practices. Every employee is issued a “Stop Work” card that allows them to raise their hand without fear of repercussions to momentarily stop work to discuss any and all safety concerns they might have.

Safety Trainings & Certifications

We provide OSHA-10 training to all employees before they set foot onto a jobsite to ensure they have a baseline safety knowledge. We also offer OSHA-30, CPR/First Aid, MSHA and job-specific safety training.

Semi-Annual Safety Stand Downs

Twice a year we stop work on all job sites across the company and gather for an update on our safety scorecard for the year. This acts as an open forum for comments, concerns or new ideas to make our company safer.
