Since 1946 Faulconer has been a mainstay of the central Virginia construction industry supporting our customers and other general contractors in the building of some of the most challenging and prestigious projects. A multi-discipline site and road contractor, Faulconer has successfully diversified into the Carolina and northern Virginia markets. We believe in a professional management approach to our bidding and project/site management activities. We are staffed with degreed estimators and project managers who have a practical knowledge that can prove to be invaluable to the customer and his engineers and architects in successfully completing the job. Our staff of site superintendents work closely with our project managers and together Faulconer's project staff can focus hundreds of years of collective experience on a job. The breadth and depth of our personnel allow us to be adept in our rapid and flexible approach to completing your site construction requirements. As a full service, integrated site contractor, Faulconer historically has performed over 80% of the value of our contracts in-house. Faulconer Construction Company, headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, has a long and storied history of successfully serving its customers both in Virginia and within the central Atlantic region. With stockholder ties reaching back to the turn-of-the 20th century, when its predecessor company built projects throughout the country, Faulconer is routinely engaged in 30 to 40 major projects across the full spectrum of the site development and heavy highway construction markets.
