Scott Stadium

Faulconer served as the prime site contractor for the University of Virginia and their Construction Manager, Barton-Malow, Inc., on the three year renovation and expansion of Scott Stadium. Faulconer's performed a fully integrated civil site package (8.9 M) to include all earth work, utilities, concrete foundations, site walls and a full variety of paving surfaces to include concrete, brick, asphalt and stabilized stone. In addition, Faulconer was contracted to build the clock tower at the northeast entrance. Faulconer played a significant role in supporting the project to meet its overall schedule while allowing three consecutive football seasons to proceed without interruption of services.
